    Sizwe Mona

    Founder & Chief Executive Officer


    Sizwe Mona graduated from the Nelson Mandela University with MPhil – Conflict and Conflict Resolution, BA Honours – International Political Economy and BA – Social Sciences. He went on to further his studies at BMT College and graduated with Post-Graduate Diploma Cum Laude specializing in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While studying towards his master’s degree, he was appointed as a Junior Lecture at the Nelson Mandela University and later joined the institution’s Marketing and Corporate Relations Division where he spent seven years as a Marketing Practitioner.


    Not only as a business entrepreneur, in his social entrepreneurship engagements Sizwe worked for Ford Foundation and Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and served on short and long-term basis in these private companies: SABMiller, Greenfields PE, Grayscale, ESInvestments, ACDCExpress, Signarama and Lengau Group where he sharpened his Business Management and Business Development practices. He joined the Mining Industry in 2008 when he started a Ferro-Chrome Beneficiation Plant in the North West. With the fall of the chrome market in 2011 he moved his interest from chrome to coal mining and hasn’t looked back since. Through his remarkable networking skills, he developed passion for tech investments and later ventured into the ICT and Green Energy sectors. His role in the company includes Business Leadership and Development, Strategic Direction & Strategy Execution, Change Navigation and Sound Governance.
